What you eat is absorbed by your body and then fed to your skin and hair. Hence, do not be surprised when the crappy food you eat is causing your skin and hair to become dull and unhealthy too. Are you eating lots of junk or sugary foods? All these things are causing the ends of your hair to split because they lack the necessary nutrients and the moisture needed! Choose protein, healthy fats and lots of leafy and green vegetables to incorporate into your diet.

When drying and de-tangling your hair, do you exhibit signs of impatience and tug at your strands? You might deny it, but there is a huge chance that you are guilty of such an act.
