How long will my Ecoya candle last?
Ecoya 400g candles will last up to 80 hours, while the 80g Ecoya candles will provide you with up to 25 hours of fragrance.

How do I properly and safely burn my Ecoya candle?
- Always burn your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface, and keep it away from drafts or flammable objects.
- Strong drafts can lead to uneven burning and prolonged flame contact with glass, resulting in black soot and excessive glass heat.
- When lighting multiple candles simultaneously, maintain a distance of about 100mm (10cm) between each candle.
- Always supervise a lit candle, and keep it out of reach of children and pets.
- Do not move a candle while it's burning. Wait until the flame is out, the wax has solidified, and the jar has cooled before handling.
- Avoid burning your candle for over three hours continuously. Exceeding this duration can lead to overheating of the container or an excessively deep wax pool.

How do I correctly extinguish my Ecoya candle?
We recommend using a snuffer or smothering the candle. This method prevents black soot particles from embedding in the wax. Avoid using the lid or water to put out the flame. Also, avoid blowing as this can release excess smoke.

Can I reuse my Ecoya candle Jar?
Yes, you can repurpose your ECOYA glass jar by carefully cleaning out the leftover wax with warm, soapy water. Avoid using abrasive materials to wash it, as they might scratch the jar's interior. These jars are ideal for use as vases, holders for makeup brushes or cotton buds, or even for storing washing-up tools under the sink.
