Unlike other Sicilian oils, the Minuta olive oil is very delicate and rich in subtle fruity notes with floral aromas. It is highly nutritious, with a high concentration of polyphenols and vitamin E. The centuries-old olive groves, which are still producing, are evidence of the historical significance of Minuta olives in the area.
