Have been using True Shades for over a year, initially to refresh the ends of my hair, but now I am using it exclusively. My hair is very fine and I have found it is covering my grey hairs very well. Much nicer than using permanent hair colour. It has made my hair a lot darker over time, so I am starting to use it less and go up a few shades slowly.
