How To Use Joico Color Intensity - Semi-Permanent 118ml

EASY DOES IT Step 1: Apply to clean, dry hair ¼-inch from the scalp.
Step 2: Process for 20 minutes.
Step 3: Rinse well, with cold water, for several minutes, rinsing different colors separately.
Step 4: Shampoo with Color Endure® or K-PAK Color Therapy™

I have grey hair, a lot of white mixed in there. I purchased the rose thinking it would give my hair a nice soft pink tone. I followed the directions, I did leave it on an extra 10 minutes, I rinsed it out - there was no actual trace of colour in my hair what so ever - very disappointed.
